Shipping Policy International

Shipping Outside India (International):

  • We ship our products to any address across the world with a few exceptions such as orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays, Indian Public Holidays and Indian National Holidays.

  • We ensure that you receive your shipment in the least amount of time.

  • We provide both shipments options via air DAP (Delivered At Place - Import Duty, Taxes and any such charges will be paid by the customers/clients/buyers at destination) and via sea FOB (Free on Board), C&F (Carrier and Freight) and CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) to our customers/clients/buyers abroad.

  • We reserve the right to choose shipping carriers depending on transit time and costs.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail containing a tracking number.

  • Since we do not collect any customs or entry charges (tariffs, taxes, etc.) from our customers/clients/buyers, therefore, it is the responsibility of the customers/clients/buyers to bear any such taxes or charges applied to the order.
